“The Kingo” Challenge

The “Kingo” Challenge is a 12 week health and fitness challenge aimed at encouraging men & women, particularly those over the age of 30, to kick start their fitness regime to maintain a healthier and happier life.

Named after former Norwood Club legend Michael ‘Kingo’ Taylor, Kingo was known for his tenacious appetite to work and train as hard as any player. A record 6 times Club best and fairest award winner, captain of the 1978 premiership team, ‘Kingo’ also represented South Australia on 13 occasions. Amongst many achievements Michael is still a great role model, at 65 years of age he is a regular at the local Gym. “It’s a no brainer, keeping fit keeps you feeling healthy and looking good. It’s about getting the most out of enjoying your life“

Our 12 week ‘Kingo’ Challenge’ has been carefully designed by our High performance team with the assistance of the  UniSA Clinical Exercise Physiology students and staff from the High Performance Sports Centre,  click here for bio to provide life-changing results regardless of what your goals are.
