Norwood overcame a slow start to charge home and take a 25-point Round 4 SANFLW win over North Adelaide at Hisense Stadium on Saturday.
North Adelaide kicked the first two goals of the afternoon, before Norwood slammed on the last six to claim a 6.5-41 to 2.4-16 win.
Kiana Lee kicked three goals from 15 disposals for the Redlegs, while Najwa Allen and Tahlita Buethke had 18 disposals apiece.
Molly Brooksby in her first game back for the Redlegs this season also had 15 disposals.
It was an important win for Norwood, which last week had a disappointing loss against the seventh placed Woodville-West Torrens. It was a danger game, with the Roosters searching for their first win of the 2024 season.
Norwood now has two wins on the board after four matches, and next week take on Sturt in a Good Friday match at Thebarton Oval.
The Redlegs also enjoyed a one point win over North in the Development League on Saturday.
Norwood was its own worst enemy in front of goal in the 2.10-22 to 3.3-21 victory.
