Former Australian cricketer and current cricket commentator for Fox Sports, Kerry O’Keeffe played 24 Test Matches and two ODI’s for Australia between 1971 and 1977.
He made his Test debut against England in the Fifth Test of the 1970–71 Ashes series after taking 6/69 and hitting 55* for New South Wales.
O’Keeffe went on to take 53 wickets for the Aussies at an average of 38.07.
O’Keeffe’s wit, wisdom, penchant for sport and larger than life personality has seen the former Test cricketer enjoy a successful media career in his cricketing retirement.
His wicked, quick humour and knowledge and interest in all things sport has become legendary.
